We are currently working with our well-established client who is looking for a Qualified Vehicle Technician to join their team on a temporary contract basis in Northampton.

The successful candidate will be based in a dealership environment and must be able to adapt to a fast-paced work shop. You will be responsible for carrying out inspection and routine services, completing repairs on vehicles in a professional and safe manner as assigned, in accordance with dealer standards.

You will also be a strong communicator as you will need to liaise with different departments across the dealership.

Your hours will be 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (minimum 8 hours a day). You may also work an additional weekend and this will be paid at a weekend rate.

Requirements:
City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in light vehicle maintenance and repair essential
MOT Licence Preferred, not essential
Full Driving Licence essential

Experience in an automotive workshop environment
